Terms and conditions

Registration for the JCI Romania 2024 National Conference:

a. All delegates must complete the registration form and pay the full registration fee for the registration period.
b. Registration for the JCI Romania National Conference is open to all JCI Members.
c. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee and required documents by the Conference Organizing Committee.

Registration in advance:

a. Advance registration will help avoid delays during on-site registration.
b. In order to take advantage of advance registration, payment must be received by the specified deadline for registration. c. After the advance registration deadline, the full registration fee will be required.

Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
By the early registration deadline: 100% refund;
Up to 30 days before the Conference: 50% refund;
Up to 10 days before the Conference: 25% refund;
10 days or less before the Conference: 0% refund (except for extraordinary circumstances such as illness or death of a close relative, in which case 75% of the registration fee will be refunded).
b. An administrative fee of ... RON will be withheld by the organizers from all refunds, except early registration refunds, and any bank transfer fees charged by banks will be borne by the participant.

Making payment:

a. All registration fees must be paid in local currency (Romanian Leu).
b. Participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with payment.

Visa Invitation Letter:

a. Delegates requiring a visa invitation letter should send a request to the COC Team, providing the necessary information:

b. The registration fee must be paid in full to receive the invitation letter. No exceptions will be made.

Disclaimer:

a. JCI Romania and the Conference Organizing Committee are not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss or damage to private property.
b. Delegates are advised to take out personal medical insurance for the duration of the conference.

Force Majeure Clause:

a. Force majeure events beyond the control of JCI Romania or the Conference Organizing Committee may prevent or delay the performance of the obligations set forth in this contract.
b. Parties affected by force majeure must promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects.

No Smoking Policy:

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas and will be announced by the COC during the Conference.
